At the end of every project we sit down and ask ourselves these three questions; Did the work, work? Was the project profitable for both MSC and our client? Were there any surprises?

Defining Success
There is no silver bullet!

MSC works hard to produce efficient and effective marketing solutions for our clients. One of the most important elements of that process is defining the goals of the project. Success depends on a matrix of factors. Who are we talking to, who do we need to be talking to, how do we get to them, how do we want them to react, what is the timeframe for the project, what other materials does the effort have to integrate with, and what is the budget? The questions can be endless and the answers abstract.

At the end of every project we sit down and ask ourselves these three questions;

Did the work, work? – Did MSC strive to understand the problems and demands of the project and did MSC exercise its RESPONSIBILITY to counsel the client on better ways to solve and/or produce it? Once completed, did the project perform as it was intended and did it garner the responses hoped for?

Was the project profitable for both MSC and the client? – Did the client get more than their money’s worth and did MSC profit from the work?

Were there any surprises? – MSC strives for a no surprise process. We can’t guarantee that every project will be done on-time and on-budget. As projects mature the situations required to complete them often change. We can promise that our clients will always know what is going on, what un-expected situations have altered the project’s budget or timeline, and why.
